Guadalupe Healthcare Network is a physician hospital organization, also referred to as a "PHO". Currently in our network, there are three facility members and approximately 140 physician members.

On behalf of our members, the PHO works to meet our community’s needs by forming contractual relationships with our members and various managed care companies (insurance companies). GHN also provides practice management services to the members.

Guadalupe Healthcare Network prides itself on the quality of care provided by its hospitals and member physicians. And as a locally owned and managed PHO, GHN is able to provide the highest and most personalized level of customer service.

Mission Statement

Guadalupe Healthcare Network’s Mission is to contract with high quality physicians and facilities within our geographic service area and facilitate managed care contracts on their behalf that will reduce their administrative burdens and financial risk by utilizing our messenger model PHO. Through these contracts, individuals and businesses will have a greater choice of local, preferred providers.

Vision Statement

Guadalupe Healthcare Network will be the Preferred Provider Network of choice for 1) Providers seeking expertise in managed care contracting services 2) Employers and Individuals who desire to be treated by high quality, local medical providers and 3) Payers who desire to enhance their managed care networks by contracting with our PHO.
