Mission Statement

Guadalupe Healthcare Network’s Mission is to contract with high quality physicians and facilities within our geographic service area and facilitate managed care contracts on their behalf that will reduce their administrative burdens and financial risk by utilizing our messenger model PHO. Through these contracts, individuals and businesses will have a greater choice of local, preferred providers.

Contracted Plans

Guadalupe Healthcare Network contracts with various commercial managed care plans and selected Medicaid and workers’ compensation plans. GHN’s goal is to ensure that all its providers and facilities are “in network” choices for businesses and individuals in its service area.

GHN continually evaluates its managed care relationships and facilitates discussions with prospective payer groups on an ongoing basis. To request that GHN consider adding a specific health plan or preferred provider organization, email Contracting.

GHN is not a health insurance agency and does not sell health insurance. However, GHN communicates regularly with various local health insurance agents to stay updated on the plans that are available to businesses and individuals. If you are not employed by a company providing health insurance for you and you need to purchase a plan for you and/or your family, click on the “Insurance Agents” tab.
