Guadalupe Healthcare Network’s Mission is to contract with high quality physicians and facilities within our geographic service area and facilitate managed care contracts on their behalf that will reduce their administrative burdens and financial risk by utilizing our messenger model PHO. Through these contracts, individuals and businesses will have a greater choice of local, preferred providers.

What is R.E.A.C.H.?


R.E.A.C.H. stands for Regional Employers Advisory Council on Healthcare. GHN is a physician-hospital organization that helps providers with managed care contracting and other practice management services. GHN contracts with a variety of managed care organizations that help bring insurance choices to area employers and individuals.

Over time, GHN has developed informal relationships with area businesses to ensure that our managed care contracting efforts are meeting the needs of our employer community. With the continued growth of our network providers and managed care plans, we have identified the need to ensure that you have a mechanism to receive current information on these changes as well as having the opportunity to provide input into insurance and local healthcare service needs. To accomplish this goal, we have created the R.E.A.C.H. program.

We hope that you will take this opportunity to become an ACTIVE member of this program by joining us for the next R.E.A.C.H. meeting. This is a great chance to network and meet the other area employers. R.E.A.C.H. will provide a forum for area employers to have a voice and gain information on local health care issues.
