The GHN Board of Directors is composed of six members. The term of office for each member is three years. Membership and elections are governed by the GHN Bylaws.
The GHN Board of Directors typically meet once a month. The Board of Directors also reviews recommendations from the GHN Medical Advisory Committee (MAC), which is comprised of six physicians:
